General Our services are not directed at consumers in the sense of §13 BGB. The following sales, delivery and payment conditions apply to non-consumers for all contracts, deliveries and other services, including consultation services and information. By accepting these terms and conditions in the ordering process, you give your assurance that your order is placed for commercial purposes. Pricing The offers described in the shop are intended exclusively for industrial, trade and commercial customers. All prices are net prices, in €. Deliveries within Germany are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery Deliveries are made subject to the application of a corresponding fixed carriage charge. Contract conclusion By completing the ordering process, you accept these terms and conditions, and the product prices specified in the shop. We expressly do not acknowledge other conditions on the part of the purchaser. Following receipt of your order, we will send you an e-mail, confirming the receipt of your order and listing the details. This receipt conformation is to tell you that we have received your order. In case of advance payment or payment by credit card, the purchase contract only comes into effect on receipt of payment to our specified bank account. Delivery times are not binding, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Guarantee Our products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against material and processing faults, which we will rectify by repair or replacement delivery. Damage or faults which are caused by incorrect operation or are attributable to natural wear and tear are not covered by the guarantee. The legal guarantee entitlements also apply. Products under complaint must be returned to us carriage-paid. Chargeable returns will not be accepted. Payment terms Deliveries within Germany are made subject to payment on delivery, or in case of advance payment or credit card payment, following receipt of payment. Deliveries to addresses abroad are made subject to advance payment or credit card payment, following receipt of payment. Any customs duties on deliveries to non-EU countries must be paid by the purchaser. If a product is subject to certain delivery times, we will notify you immediately.
